Hours of Operation

Order desk hours are 8:00am -5:00pm cst Monday thru Friday.

Please note:  We strive to get all in stock ground orders shipped same day when placed before 3pm.  All instock expedited air shipments will be shipped same day when placed before 4 pm.  to better assure that your order is shipped same day as needed, specify with your salesman if this needs to be done.


Multiple Orders/Shipments

If you have more than one order in a single day, we will try to accumulate these orders and ship as one. We strive to save you as much money on freight charges as possible, however, if the first order has already been packaged they will be billed and treated as separate orders. To avoid extra freight charges, try to place your complete order at one time.


Shipping methods

HRP has the ability to ship ups, fedex and multiple truck fright carriers. By default HRP will choose the carrier for shipping unless specified directly by customer.


Rush Orders/Drop shipments

Any orders needing to be shipped before expected ship date can be processed as a “rush order” and/or  drop shipped from Manufacturer’s location.  Manufacturer’s may impose additional handling and shipping fees. These fees will be added to your order total.


Special Orders/Custom Products

All special order parts are subject to additional freight and handling charges from manufacturer.  A deposit may be required for custom product orders.



International Orders

All international orders must be prepaid in advance via money order/cashier’s check or wire transfer in U.S. currency.

All prices are subject to change without prior notification. Customer’s that submit pre-priced purchase orders will be notified of any discrepancies before the purchase order is accepted. 



All orders will be shipped upon agreed terms (Prepaid, Credit Card, or C.O.D) unless satisfactory credit arrangements have been made.  Our billing period ends on the 25th of each month. Statement is due in full Net 10th with a 10 day grace period. Any account not paid in full net 20th will be subject to a finance charge of 1.5%.  After 60 days past due, any balance remaining on account will be evaluated and the credit card on file with R/A Hoerr Administration may be charged in full plus any additional fees. This will possibly result in loss of open account status and your account will be placed on credit card or COD terms.


Check Policy

Checks submitted to R/A Hoerr will be automatically deposited twice if necessary. Re-deposited checks will be assessed a $15.00 fee. Returned checks for insufficient funds will be assessed a $50.00 fee and accounts will be placed on C.O.D terms (Money order / Cashier check only) Any unpaid NSF checks will be subject to collection and legal action.


Sales Tax

Orders placed with bill to or ship to address in Illinois will be subject to a 7.25% sales tax charge (unless accepted sales tax info is on file with R/A Hoerr).  Drop-ship orders may be subject to state tax charges as per the law governing that state.



Unused merchandise can be returned for credit within 30 days. A minimum restock fee of 10% must be charged on all returns unless you were shipped the wrong merchandise or an immediate exchange is to be made. We are not responsible for merchandise shipped wrong because ordered wrong. All returned merchandise must be inspected and authorized before credit will be given. Any merchandise returned that does not meet our criteria and/or returned without a RMA (RETURNED merchandise AUTHORIZATION) will be subject to an additional fee or refusal.


Please follow these simple steps to assure quick credit processing.

  1. Call our sales department and talk to one of our sales representatives. Request a RMA number for the merchandise being returned. All merchandise to be returned must be accompanied by an RMA number with its original packaging. Please note: RMA numbers expire after 15 days of being issued. Any merchandise sent back to us without proper authorization will be subject to a $5.00 process fee and a 10% restock fee or refusal.
  2. Pack the merchandise carefully to avoid damage during shipping. Please do not write on, use tape, or affix shipping labels to the product package itself.  Returns will be refused if merchandise received is not in sellable condition. Merchandise that is refused will be subject to an additional shipping/handling fee unless the merchandise is sent back to you with your next order.
  3. Print your RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and include a copy of the original invoice. Return package to:

Damage Claims / Merchandise Shortages

Any claim for damage, pilferage, or loss in transit must be filed with HRP within 24 hours.  Call us at 1-866-851-7223 or 1-309-691-8789. Be sure to save all packaging for showing agents of the common carrier.

Any claim for merchandise shortage must also be made within 24 hours. Before claiming shortages, please note the shortages may be caused by items being overlooked, miscounted or discarded with packing materials by the recipient.



Orders refused without prior notification to our company, may be refused at our dock or result in a restock fee and applicable freight charges will be billed to customer’s account. Customer’s account will be placed on hold until these charges are paid in full.



manufacturer Warranty claims may be placed by calling our sales staff. We do not honor all manufacturer’s warranties.  Each case will be handled on an individual basis. If it has been determined the part is defective and eligible for replacement, we will either replace it or issue a refund on account.  No refunds will be given on shipping charges or any other additional fees.


Disclaimer of Warranty

R/A Hoerr, Inc. makes no warranties… either expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchant ability of or fitness for a particular purpose. There is no warranty expressed or implied as to whether the goods sold hereby will protect purchaser or ultimate user of such goods from injury or death.

This product, and each part thereof, is sold “AS IS”, and with all faults.  There is no warranty, either expressed or implied. R/A Hoerr, Inc. will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of this product and shall not be liable for any consequential or special damages arising out of the use of said product.

RACING IS A DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. The user shall determine the suitability and safety of the product for its intended use, and the user assumes all responsibility and risk in connection there with.  

Purchasers understand and agree that no officer, director, employee, or salesman of R/A Hoerr, Inc. has any authority to make any statement contrary to this agreement.
