They are manufacturers of superior transmissions to best manage power output no matter the race car or track because they design, manufacture, and do quality control in-house, and don't go off-shore for critical operations. Jerico is constantly refining their products and processes so you benefit from the latest technology and expertise as it becomes available.
Jerico's total control of product design, prototype development, prototype testing, manufacturing, assembly, and quality control ensure a quality product for the customer. Only foundry castings of aluminum or magnesium cases, and heat-treating are done through vendors that adhere to ISO 9000 standards and meet Jerico's demanding standards. Jerico creates its own CNC machining programs and builds its own patterns for all castings, and develops all its parts with in-house CAD techniques to ensure exact execution of their designs. All gears, shafts, sliders and other internal components begin as lengths of premium, high-strength billet steel, delivered in large quantities to the Jerico plant. To absolutely ensure the finest quality steel, Jerico buys entire special runs directly from the mill. This is expensive, but is the only way to guarantee the finest quality material for their products.
