Specially formulated iron alloy for higher friction coefficient and higher thermal conductivity. Castings x-ray inspected for internal flaws. Double stress relieved for longer life and increased resistance to warping. Finish grinding process provides best surface finish, flatness and parallelism. All discs are spin balanced after final machining.
