further verified for strength and optimization through
their Algor Finite Element Analysis (FEA) program. Finite
Element Analysis allows reduced part weight without
compromising strength and integrity by checking stresses
that may be induced within the component by outside
forces, therefore Genesis Technologies is able to optimize
the product design eliminating potential failures.
Genesis Technologies manufacturing capabilities extend
as far as CNC milling, CNC lathe, laser cutting, water
jetting, carbon fiber, anodizing, powder coating, TIG
and MIG welding and custom fabrication.
